Dan grew up working on family owned investment properties since he was old enough to swing a hammer. Dan worked for general contractors on his father's investment properties, and eventually started investing in properties with his father, a successful realtor in Sonoma County since 1999.
Upon graduating from Sonoma State University, Dan decided to further his education in the construction industry, obtaining his license as a California State Contractor. He soon developed an efficient method of buy-and-sell investing, which is now available to the public via his apprenticeship program.
