Dan grew up working on family owned fix-and-flip properties ever since he was old enough to swing a hammer. Dan eventually worked for general contractors on his father's investment properties, where he received a wealth of training and knowledge. After purchasing his first property Dan started investing in properties with his father, a successful real estate agent in Sonoma County since 1999.
Upon graduating from Sonoma State University, Dan decided to further his education in the construction industry, obtaining his license as a California State Contractor. He soon developed an efficient method of buy-and-sell investing, which is now available to the public via his Apprenticeship Program.
